- 4 1/4” high solid steel deader above large slide rooms prevent sagging
- Heavier gauge exterior metals. We use a 40 gauge lower metal and 25 gauge side metal instead of conventional 19 gauge
- Deep overhead cabinets
- Double sealed exterior seams. We use a layer of Butyl rubber followed by a secondary cap seal. These seals won’t dry out or give black streaks like conventional putty tape does
